Processes shortcodes in message text

Yes Easy Heads Up Bar will render shortcodes.

I am not familiar with the Freshmail plugin, but the default action of a from is to submit data, this usually end either a redirect or a reload of the webpage.

In freshmail it uses ajax and doesn’t reload page after clicking subscribe.

I assume it would work

It’s not working, after providing email and pass and clicking subscribe. it reloads the wohle site and the freshmail plugin doesn’t work then…

sorry if this sounds like a copout but I think that since the freshmail plugin shortcode works but freshmail Ajax is broken, perhaps this is an issue that should be moved to the freshmail support forum. I would be happy to assist them so feel free to link to this thread. Or try out the Easy Sign Up plugin https://www.ads-software.com/plugins/easy-sign-up/ it integrates via an addon into mailchimp ??

I wrote to them as well :). The point is that if i past shortcode from their plugin on widgets and I provide emial and adress, then click subscribe the site doesn’t reload just gives message please check email – so I think it’s ajax. The same shortcode I past in your plugin, but this time it does not work right, no message after subscribe button clicked, only site reload, and no activation mail send either. So is it really issue with their plugin?

Their shortcode works in widgets and sites or posts, but after pasting in Easy Heads Up Bar it doesn’t work, just site reload after clicking subscibe.

Sorry that this combination of plugins are not working for you. All easy heads up bar is designed to do is put a bar on page, and allow you to display content there. Sounds like this is working. What is broken is the interaction with the other plugin. You say that you’ve reached out to the other developer, so again I would be more then happy to work with them on solving your issue. Feel free to point them to this topic.
