• Just installed this plugin to show a calendar on our website from a calendar feed from Office365.

After adding the feed nothing happened. I logged out of the plugin and back in, and it imported just 3 calendar entries.

When going back into My Feeds and clicking refresh, I get the following error:

Processing “Array” triggered error: Failed to parse one or more dates given timezone “‘(UTC+00:00) Dublin, Edinburgh, Lisbon, London'”

My searches are not turning up anything useful except the actual code for this module. Can anyone point me in the right direction, please? My WP installation is set to location “London”.

    Jo

  • Hi Jo,

Probably the time zone format is different or incorrect, can you please provide Feed URL.

    Hi Benjamin

    Having the same problem too.

When you say the time zone format is different or incorrect do you mean in the Outlook feed?

    How can I fix this?

    Thanks
    Ketan

    Hi Benjamin.
Me too. Any updates on this issue?
Updated plugin and it didn’t work.

I don’t know how to fix this, since I can’t change feed information.

Still having problems with this. Has anyone found a solution?

I’ve now tried this on a totally separate WP installation hosted on a different server and still have the same issue.

I’ve noticed if I remove some of my multi-day events I get one or two more events coming through. For example, I’ve removed approximately 20 multi-day events and now have 10 events (out of 200+) importing.

Well that seemed to be a fluke. Only one event importing after removing and reinstalling the plugin. Disappointing but I’ve wasted too much time on this.

    Hi Benjamin

I’m having exactly the same problem. One event sync’d and the rest didn’t. The error I am getting is:

Processing “Array” triggered error: Failed to parse one or more dates given timezone “‘(UTC+00:00) Dublin, Edinburgh, Lisbon, London'”

The Office 365 timezone and WordPress timezone are both set the same.

    Any ideas?

    Thanks

From replies in another topic Benjamin appears to suggest it doesn’t like the wording “(UTC+00:00) Dublin, Edinburgh, Lisbon, London” and wants “Europe/Dublin”.

    See this topic: https://www.ads-software.com/support/topic/events-not-importing/

The only option I have in Outlook for my timezone is “(UTC+00:00) Dublin, Edinburgh, Lisbon, London”.

The user in the above topic has two working calendars which as set to GMT timezone, but that isn’t an option in my Outlook either.

I don’t have the option for “Europe/Dublin” either, only “(UTC+00:00) Dublin, Edinburgh, Lisbon, London”.

What do you suggest we do please, Benjamin?

My client is getting edgy about the lack of calendar updates to their site.

    Thanks.

Any further suggestions on this topic please?

    Thanks,

    Richard

I’ve given up and switched to a different plugin.

    Thanks for the info.

Do you mind me asking which one please?

    Sorry for slow reply. https://www.ads-software.com/support/plugin/amr-ical-events-list
It says “not updated for 11 months” but the support forum is active, including posts from the developer. It also struggles with the timezone but makes an assumption of which one is correct and only shows an error if you are logged in as admin.

I have to do more work with styling and read the documentation on how to get it looking as I need, but I can deal with that if it works.

    I have the same problem.
    Any solutions?
