Processing block

Hi,

When a feed is stuck processing this could, next to caching, also be caused by an issue with your WP-cron. Did you perhaps disable it? See this blog post: https://adtribes.io/help-my-feed-processing-is-stuck/

Alternatively, did you try disabling/restarting the plugin? That will reset all cron events needed to update product feeds.

Can you send us a screenshot of the cron events that are active?

Thanks for sharing this with us. So, there seem to be two problems:

• The cron events are not there. Disabling and re-enabling the plugin should create them again. If not, then there probably is something blocking the creation of the cron events. This could be anything from a firewall to caching plugin limiting permissions
• And your website’s maximum execution time has changed from the default 60 seconds to just 30 seconds. As you can see this is creating problems for a lot of plugins, including ours. I suggest you raise this back to the default 60 seconds

Well something (plugin?) or someone (perhaps your hosting agency) changed it from the default 60 to 30 seconds.

The PHP maximum execution time can be changed in your php.ini file. See: https://www.simplified.guide/php/increase-max-execution-time

I set up correctly the maximum execution time, and my host didn’t change anything but I have troubles with my feed even with the new update.

1. Feeds are not automatically refresh.
2. When I try Manually, I have issues (block in process, bug of my website error 503)
