Processing Email or Order Notification Email not Sent To Customer

Hello Everyone,
Please I need help from the community/ plugin developer team, the order notification stopped sending to customer upon orders, it was working perfectly initially but stopped like 3 weeks ago and I have checked everything I could possible link that to. Also tried sending test emails from the templates but its not sending (says sent but never received) which explains why customers don’t get order notification emails again, but using the sender email as the test receiver email went through. And few days ago, the store new order notification too ceased for some products and later got back which implies that its technical glitch or update bug of the plugin.
