    Hello @adriancervera,

    Could you checkout the steps in this FAQ topic? https://www.wpmarketingrobot.com/support/faq/#toggle-id-16

    I have followed it until step 3, and now it stays ‘In processing queue’

    Is it ok?

    You’ll have to try all the steps until it get’s the feed out of the processing queue. Of course it’s not ok if it stays in processing queue, but the procedure is meant to get it out of that state.

    You are using version 1.13.1?

    Yes I am

    I’ll try all the steps. When I have finished it I will tell you

    It worked on step number 8

    OK @adriancervera,

    That’s not optimal as using the background option is the preferred way, but it sometimes solves resource issues from your server.

    Could you check if you have any error messages in one of the following folders on your server?

    1) On WooCommerce -> Status -> Logs
    2) In the root folder of your server
    3) In the “wp-content” folder on your server
    4) Or in the “wp-content/plugins/wp-product-feed-manager” folder

    If you do find any error log file, please send it to [email protected]

    Hi @adriancervera,

    Could you please check for any error messages? I would like to investigate the cause of why you can’t run a feed update in the background mode.

    So please check the previously mentioned folder for any error files.
