• I’m using version 2.2.3 of RSS Post Importer, 3 days ago RPI stopped importing posts from the feed. I checked the feed and there are new posts that have not been imported. So I tried to enable the logging to see what the cause of the problem could be, however RPI is not creating logs, either.

I’m not using any caching plugins other than Jetpack.

I checked the database and the trash and the missing posts from the RSS are not there, what are the next steps to getting RPI working again?

Hello. I have the same problem. You have found a solution?

@dvdvd: If you require assistance then, as per the Forum Welcome, please post your own topic.

    Hi,

I am facing the same problem from last 3 days.

From last 3 days, no import is done on my live website, where i found the feeds are healthy and have good content to import.

And one more thing, I tried to import same feed with RSS importer on local server. The plugin is working fine. So what could be server reason if any. If this is server issue. What should I tell them to resolve?

    Kindly help please.

    Thanks

    Hi erkushchawla,

    Hope you are well.

If the plugin is working and the feeds are good, and still not importing then
there’s a possibility that it is server issue.
For you to continue importing, you need to make sure that your server can handle the job if he’s trying to pull way too much content as it request a lot of CPU power and RAM (means a lot of computer power).
The server overloads too so maybe there’s a need for you to reset the server.

If you need more help, simply drop a message on the chat box or email me at [email protected]

    All the best,
    Camille_feedsapi
