    Hi Joris, I’m adding a Google shopping feed, tried with and without variations – the processing status hangs at 50% forever and get no errors on chrome console.

    Debug log doesn’t contain much:

    November 30, 2017, 1:44 am
    Array
    (
        [PHP] => 7
        [Wordpress] => 4.9.1
        [WooCommerce] => 3.2.5
        [WooCommerce Product Feed PRO] => 1.8.3
    )
    Array
    (
        [Single products] => 176
        [Variation products] => 494
        [Total products] => 670
    )

    Any help appreciated, thank you!

    Thanks for using our plugin and reaching out to us. Your debug log suggests that the configuration of the feed was not finished somehow. Do you see an active project in your manage feed page?

    Thx

    Thanks for getting back to me. As it turns out we were having some site issues in general, updated php and some php.ini settings and it does complete making a feed in about 1.5 hours. Works for us!

    Hmmmm I am not particularly happy with the fact it took 1.5 hours for the feed to complete. It should be done in a few minutes tops but lets assume this is due to your site settings and not the plugin itself ??

    Let me know when you need more assistance.

    All the best,
    Joris

    Well thanks for your response. I think I still have a bit of back-end troubleshooting to do!

    If you want I can double-check if it’s not the plugin or a setting in one of the projects you created that is causing the delay?

    Could you go to the “Manage feeds” page and add this to your URL &debug=true

    Your URL should look something like this now:
    ….wp-admin/admin.php?page=woosea_manage_feed&debug=true

    On the screen you should now see a box with a red line on the left side. Could you copy / past the content of that box and e-mail it to me ([email protected])? It will help me to understand how exactly you have configured your product feeds.

    Thanks
    Joris

    Have sent the debug log, thanks for taking a closer look into this.
