Dank je wel voor het gebruik van onze plugin. Vervelend om te horen dat je er problemen mee hebt.

Heb je al een kijkje genomen op onderstaande URL?

Wanneer feeds vastlopen komt dit in 9 van de 10 gevallen door een WP-cron die uitstaat of een firewall/caching plugin die te streng staat ingesteld.

Zou je kunnen controleren of je WP-cron enabled is?

Ok, next suspect: are you running firewall and/or caching plugins that prevent our plugin from writing it’s product feeds in the /wp-content/uploads/woo-product-feed-pro/ directory?

I disabled my caching plugin, and I don’t have a firewall. After disabling the cache, I created a new feed. Same issue, processing remains blinking at 0% (I also cannot change the feed, cancel the processing, or disable the feed). It doesn’t work.

Any other suggestions?

The main reasons for feeds not being processed or getting stuck are:

• WP-cron disabled or restricted (you checked, this is not the case
• Caching or firewall plugins that do not allow our plugin to create product feeds (you checked, this is not the case
• Older PHP versions (below 7.0) in combination with tens of thousands of products could cause the feed to get stuck but I do not think this is happening in your case?
• Some users change the complete perma-structure of their WP installation, including the directory where files (such as product feeds) are being placed. This could cause issues. Have you done so?
• The last thing we could think of is that the folder where our plugin puts the product feed is restricted (/wp-content/uploads/woo-product-feed-pro/)

The two first issues are the ones causing most problems.

Could any of the last three reasons be the cause for you?

here’s the debug log (based on reading, it could be linked to the number of products (>20K + my PHP version, however to avoid this, I had narrowed down the number of products to a few hundreds using the standard filters…
