    hi. I’m experiencing extrememly long processing times (almost looks like the process is stuck). I only have 200 products and the main issue is that while a feed is taking all this time to process, it becomes blank which obviously then affects the setup in merchant centres (Google & Bing). Is it not possible for 1) to speed up the processing time or at least 2) For the feed to remain intact untill processing is complete?

    Hi cath88,

    Sorry to hear you are experiencing issues with the plugin. Typically these kind of issues are related to:

    – WP cron issues;
    – Directory permissions;
    – PHP versions.

    That is why we have just pushed out a new release of the plugin (3.7.8) in which you will find a new tab called ‘Plugin systems check’ (in the settings section). Can you update the plugin and see if all three checks are on ‘True’ ?

    Hi, I have upgraded the plugin just in time to find that another feed had completely gone blank until I needed to manually refresh it. Everything using the modules new checks is fine.

    I believe that I’m having the same problem. I installed your plugin yesterday. After setting up a feed and generating the feed, it indicates it’s ‘processing 0%’ for hours and never completes the feed. When I view the feed file, it contains only the firste row of labels (id, name, etc).
    WP Cron is enabled, PHP version is okay (7.2), and the product feed directory is writable…all three checks are true. I have deactivated any programs the would have a firewall, caching, etc.

    Hi swede61874,

    Could you go to the “Manage feeds” page and add this to your URL &debug=true

    Your URL should look something like this now
    ….wp-admin/admin.php?page=woosea_manage_feed&debug=true

    On the screen you should now see a box with a red line on the left side. Could you copy / past the content of that box and e-mail it to me at [email protected]? Please refer to this topic. It will help us understand how you have configured your product feed.
