Product Add on code info is appearing in Order receipt

  • Hi , we are running a pizza delivery site in Woocommerce where we started to use your plugin for auto order printing, it really helpful for us.
    Also we are using Gravity form product add on for let our customers to choose extra options for their pizza.
    Problem we are facing, in the Customer Order Receipt, the extra line is getting printed, it is “_gravity_forms_history – Array”, just after the name of the pizza, it is appearing.
    Also we are using Gravity form Add on for three different category products. So for these category products , the line is appearing differently.
    So, how can we remove this line???

    The reason you see code segments:

    “_gravity_forms_history – Array”

    This indicated the Order Receipt template is not compatibility with the Gravity form Product Add-on. Unfortunately with the hundreds and thousands of plugins for WooCommerce order meta, it’s difficult to offer compatible support for all them by default.

    We do offer a free plugin for Product Add-ons which is compatible with the Order Receipt templates, https://www.ads-software.com/plugins/product-add-ons-woocommerce/

    To use the Gravity form product add-ons, you would need to develop a custom print template compatible with the meta code from Gravity for product add-ons.
