Product Add-On total price not converting with Currency Switcher

I am using Currency Switcher plugin with Woocommerce plugin and YITH Product Add-On plugin.
Currency Switcher converting product price and add-on price for product but after adding the add on while buying the product, total cost not updating and it is showing in default currency.
Please help me out for the same.
