    The site is hidden to the public just while it is tested fully.

    I have just added the plugin to the woo commerce site and the reason for the use it to trap the wording required for engraving on products.
    The field appears on the cart item fine and I’m able to set the text as desired, the problem is that it doesn’t seem to show on the check-out page and more importantly, it doesn’t show on the order page or on any emails the order generates.

    I must surely be missing a step but cannot see where.

    Add on fields….
    Type = Short text
    Restriction = Any text
    Title = inscription required
    Add description = unchecked
    Required Filed = Checked
    Limited character length = Checked (0-50)
    Adjust price = unchecked

    Any help would be gratefully accepted.

    Hi,

    Product Add-Ons is a premium plugin that comes with support. Can you please head here and open a request with us?

    Cheers!

    shane – thanks for the help

    seems that the verify email link is not getting to my client, I have tried to resend it 4 times already so he must have a bunch sitting somewhere.

    He got the invoice for the storefront addon (which is free) but hasn’t had the invoice for the paid add-on yet and they should – I assume – go the same email?

    Do you have a number I can call on?

    I have a wordpress.com account but as yet not bought anything as I always set up other accounts for my clients.

    Any help would be helpful

    thanks

    Hi,

    Can you have your client open a ticket with us, or can you do so on their behalf? We would love to help get your accounts sorted.

    It depends on what account was logged into at the time of purchase. If they have an order number, we can look that up, but that’s best done through a ticket.

    Do you have a number I can call on?

    We do not provide phone support, but we would love to help via a ticket, you can open one here: https://woocommerce.com/my-account/create-a-ticket/. Since you are having an issue with an account, you can select that option.

    Thank you,
