    By any chance, are you referring to the premium plugin, Product Add-Ons here?

    If so and you have a valid subscription with us, can you please open a support request for us to investigate further about your issue?

    Otherwise, if you’re unsure, please share your System Status Report that you can find via WooCommerce > Status. Select Get system report and then Copy for support. Once you’ve done that, you can paste it into your reply here.

    Moving forward, the Product Add-ons extension is a premium plugin and per the forum rules, premium plugins aren’t supported in the forum.
