Specific product PPOM option doesn’t show in cart

Hi all!

I’ve been using PPOM for Woocommerce for quite some time, but since some weeks (not sure how long exactly) I’ve ran into some issues. I’ve got a product page with several PPOM fields which influence the price to be paid now, and the ”due amount” which is a PPOM field as well. The ”due amount” field has several conditional fields, including the option choosing between being adult or student.

When adding the student option specifically, the price to pay now should go down 20 euros and the ”due amount” is influenced as well. When adding al other PPOM fields it seems to be fine at first. However, when going to the cart, only the ”student” option doesn’t show and the price isn’t influenced by this option as well. This used to work fine and we haven’t made any changes to the PPOM field. Besides, when adding ”adult” instead of ”student” the option does show in the cart as normal. All other options are still working fine as usual.

Approximately starting on the same time as the above issue, the ”due amount” field didn’t show when adding specifically ”student” as an option in the adult or student field. I fixed this by making the conditional ”not adult” instead of ”is student” after which the ”due amount” did appear.
