I didnt renew my subscription, so I think I cant contact the support, right?

Yes, to receive support on our paid extensions, you’ll need to renew your subscription: https://woocommerce.com/document/frequently-asked-questions/#what-happens-if-my-subscription-expires-or-is-deactivated

Alternatively, you might be able to find someone willing to volunteer their time and knowledge in the?Advanced WooCommerce?group on Facebook. If can’t find any help there either, it’s probably worth renewing your subscription…
