Product addons attachments no working

    I’m running Woocommerce with product addons, and the file upload field is not working.

    I add a jpeg file, and the file is not send on the order notification email for shop admin, nor is available on Woocommerce > Orders, or anywhere in Cpanel.

    Where is the file supposed to be uploaded to?

    Any ideas why this is not working?

  • This forum is intended for the free core WooCommerce plugin. Its unlikely you would get advice on here about another plugin. If your product add-ons plugin is one you purchased from WooCommerce, you should use the support service on woocommerce.com for assistance.

    Yes, as mentioned above by @lorro, since this is not part of the core WooCommerce plugin functionality this is not the appropriate place for discussing the product add-ons functionality.

    If you are using the Product Add-ons extension from WooCommerce.com, please open a support ticket from the account you purchased the extension under here:

    On the other hand, if you are using a different plugin to add the add-ons functionality to your site, please contact the developers of the plugin you are using to ask about this.
