    Can you please verify, are you running the latest version 2.1.11? If not, please go ahead and update to this version. This should resolve any missing functionality behavior. Let us know if the issue continues after verifying the latest version.

    One additional comment. If you are running the latest version 2.1.11 already. Please also try deactivating the plugin. And reactivating the plugin to resolve the issue.
