Product addons not working with Woostify

    Hello,
    i was trying to get 2 different Woocommerce add on plugins to work with woostify, nothing worked.

    In the cart and on the checkout page the attributes of the text fields from the add on is not showing. when i deactivate woostify theme it shows normally. So the customer cant see or check his inputs. This happened with 2 plugins (i am using WooCommerce Custom Product Addons (Free) now)

    Strange enought, when the order is placed i can see the input from the text field it in the backend.

    This has nothing to do with the “add to single cart ajax” – still dont works after disabling.

    Please make this work or tell me which add on plugin is compatible with woostify.

    It should work when you disable the single ajax add to cart feature.

    Hello,
    as i said, i deactivated ajax add to cart.

    When i switch to “Hello elementor” theme, it shows normally in the cart and at the checkout.

    Hello Dylan,

    i figured it out myself, i think halfway. After searching endless plugins this one is working: Extra Product Options Builder for WooCommerce from RedNao, thats the plugin you tested in the video.
    it does not have that many functions and isnt the best (it shows the meta info 2 times instead of 1 in the order e-mail for example) but it works fine with woostify.

    Althought ALL other add on plugins arent working fine. When you have time, please try it out yourself. Install one of these plugins:

    Product Addons for Woocommerce
    Advanced Product Fields (Product Addons) for WooCommerce
    Extra Product Options (Product Addons) for WooCommerce

    and check for the label text in cart or checkout. You will see it is not there. I would be really happy if there is a fix, because the plugin that is working isnt well supported and i am afraid to use it on a live page.

    Hi,
    I can confirm that Woostify works well with all the product addon plugins.
    But almost all of them require disabling our Ajax add to cart feature.
    If you have this problem again, feel free to contact us here or on our website!

    Just another suggestion, your site is using the old version of Woostify Pro. I hope you can update it to the latest version to get the new features or bug fixes.

    Hi, Your problem is different with this topic.
    In your case, you only need to disable our multi step feature in Customizer -> WooCommerce -> Checkout.
