‘Product’ and ‘Order’ in Administration 502 bad gateway nginx

    Hi,

    I installed WooCommerce and I can’t access to see all the products and the orders in Administration.

    When I click ‘Products – All Products’: 502 Bad Gateway nginx
    The same when I click ‘Woocommerce – Orders’

    Then when I click ‘Inspect’ on the 502 page, in Headers:

    Request URL: https://myexamplesite.com/wp-admin/edit.php?post_type=product
    Request Method: GET
    Status Code: 502
    Remote Address: xx.xx.xxx.xxx:xxx
    Referrer Policy: strict-origin-when-cross-origin

    Is that the problem, the referrer policy?

    Can you please help?

    Hi there,

    That sounds odd indeed and the normal operation is for the products/orders to be pulled from the same instance/domain.

    Are you seeing any errors being logged under **WooCommerce > System Status > Logs**? Can you share a status report as found under **WooCommerce > Status**?
