Product and sales export

Web Toffee’s Product Import Export plugin will do that but maybe not in the format you’re looking for
I have over 30,000 products so I do the export by category. I could choose to do all the categories at the same time on the same report but I think it would probably crash.

It will show the stock levels
And on the far RH side it will show the quantity sold.

It won’t give details of who you’ve sold to etc.
