    I hesitated about something, but hopefully it is not what I feared :(. I have been trying to customize the Dokan plugin through source code for a long time, even though I am not a developer, but I have a question;
    Does the seller send an e-mail, such as product approval, to the customer after sending the product? In other words, I received the product, I confirm the order.

    I hope there is such a feature. I loved the Dokan plugin, I got used to it, I love the support team ??

    Thank you for supporting. This means a lot to us. About your query…when a seller completes an order customer gets an email notification. Also, sellers can add notes inside the order details page and the customer will receive the notes via email. However, a customer can not confirm the order after receiving it.

    Is there a way for the seller to send a notification or message to the customer in their dashboard (no by email) upon order completion?

    Are you considering adding such an option to the Dokan plugin in the future. Is there such a plan in your roadmap?
