Product Archive Layout not change columns

    Hello how’re you ?. I have problem with the widget plugin Woolentor.

    In the widget change the number of columns to 3 so that it shows me the products 3 by 3. But it has not worked.

    Why is it not allowing me to change the number of columns in the Product Archive widget?

    We are doing well! The page you shared above appears to be showing the products in a 3-by-3 layout. That’s why we are a little confused about what kind of issue you encountered.

    Would it be possible for you to elaborate on the issue a little more? A screenshot would really help us understand it better.

    Thanks for answering me @tarekht . I already found the problem. In the template of the php files of the WooCommerce folder that is inside my theme, I realized that it was with another design. Copy the woocommerce templates plugin folder, loop-start.php and loop-end.php files and replace them.

    Now I can change the columns and rows correctly in the Shoplentor widget.
