Hello, we have a problem with the “product archive page” after the last woocommerce database update. also after optimize website using wp rocket plugin. The layout is somehow broken on all devices, the images are somehow reduced and not arranged in a 4×4 line as before. It kind of broke down on its own, we don’t know why.

And my website build in astra theme

  • Looks OK to me.

In which case it could be browser caching CSS – if you still see it try clearing your browser cache.

I clear cache, but it is still same on shop page. layout broke after 30 second when I scroll

Now you have explained, yes I can see the same after scrolling.

You could try the woocomemrce support forum and see if they have any ideas.

You could also try a process of elimination this may be a plugin or theme conflict. Please attempt to disable all plugins, and use one of the default (Twenty*) themes. If the problem goes away, enable them one by one to identify the source of your troubles.

If you can install plugins, install and activate “Health Check”: https://www.ads-software.com/plugins/health-check/
It will add some additional features under the menu item under Tools > Site Health.
On its troubleshooting tab, you can Enable Troubleshooting Mode. This will disable all plugins, switch to a standard WordPress theme (if available), allow you to turn your plugins on and off and switch between themes, without affecting normal visitors to your site. This allows you to test for various compatibility issues.
There’s a more detailed description about how to use the Health Check plugin and its Troubleshooting Mode at https://make.www.ads-software.com/support/handbook/appendix/troubleshooting-using-the-health-check/
