Product attributes disappear when saved

    Recently we are facing a problem when creating products which is saving the attributes:

    It happens that every time we save a product and use an attribute that has many saved values, that specific attribute disappears from the product with each click or update performed on it.

    Example: the product has the attribute “Suppliers” and this attribute has more than 15 saved terms. If I make any changes to it (for example, add another attribute) the information that was selected in the “Suppliers” attribute simply disappears!

    How can I resolve this issue in my environment?

    Thanks for reaching out.

    If I understand you correctly, this issue just started recently. In that case, do you remember making any changes before the issue started, such as updating or installing plugin(s)?

    In the meantime, have you tried deactivating all other plugins, leaving only WooCommerce as the active plugin and trying to save your attributes to see if the issue persists?
