    Hi,

    After I update from 7.0.0 to 7.6.0 all my product attributes disappeared in Products > Attributes, and in all products.

    I already made these tests:
    1) restored the site and updated from 7.0.0 to 7.5.1
    2) restored the site and updated from 7.0.0 to 7.4.1
    3) restored the site and updated from 7.0.0 to 7.1.1
    4) restored the site, deactivated all plugins except Woo, switched to theme Twenty Twenty-Three and then updated from 7.0.0 to 7.1.1

    No luck, product attributes are disappeared in every test.

    I don’t know if these are relevant:
    a) woocommerce_attribute_taxonomies table is always empty, before and after the updates.
    b) in Woo > Settings > Products > Advanced flang ‘Use the product attributes lookup table for catalog filtering.’ is active

    Any suggestion is welcome because now I can’t really update.

  • I have the same problem. Following.

    I am experiencing the same problem, that every time I update a product the first attribute of that product gets deleted. Eventually after saving a few times I have no attributes left.

    This problem occurred with WooCommerce version 7.6.0. and is fixed when I rolledback WooCommerce to 7.5.1

    The problem I found is that in the code it shows attribute_names[0] 2 times instead of 1.

    I am sorry to hear that you are experiencing issues with the product attributes getting deleted after product update.

    Kindly be informed that this was already reported as as a bug here: https://github.com/woocommerce/woocommerce/issues/37761

    In the comments section, it was mentioned that this issue will be addressed in a patch release for 7.6 -> 7.6.1, which would be released in a couple day’s.

    In addition to the patch release (7.6.1) this issue is also confirmed to be fixed in 7.7 (which is currently in beta testing).
