Product attributes not working

    Hi there,

    I am needing to set up product filters on this website but to do so I need to set up attributes for the products. However when I go on to the attributes tab on a product page and click add, I just get a spinning cursor that won’t go away so I can’t actually do anything.

    I have tried to find an answer on existing forums and I have tried deactivating plugins etc but nothing works.

    Please see details below –

    Hi there!

    It’s either your theme / another plugin loading the old Select2 v3

    I recommend you switch to a default WordPress theme, such as Storefront, to see if the problem still exists. If the problem goes away, you’ll have to contact your theme developers about the issue. If the problem persists in a default theme, the next step is to disable all of your plugins, except for WooCommerce, and see if that resolves the trouble. If it does, then please re-enable your features until you find the one causing the interference.
