Product availability uncorrect with admin order

    I have 162 pieces of a product. I placed one manual order (I mean, an order made by admin in woocommerce, selecting an existing customer) of 6 pieces.

    The 162 pieces at the beginning became then 156. Correct.

    Then I clicked on orders-list, and I deleted this last order made by admin. I expected the quantity to come back to 162, but it still was 156. This is not correct.

    When you say you deleted the order, can you specify exactly what steps you took to do that?

    Stock levels will be replenished automatically if you set the order status to cancelled, then delete the order from your order history.

    If you did not set the order to cancelled and instead just deleted it, stock levels will not be increased automatically. you’ll need to manually update your inventory numbers to account for this deleted order.

    I put the order in trash. So do I have to change status to “canceled” and then put the order in trash?

    Yes, that’s correct – You’ll first want to mark the order as cancelled and *then* trash it (if that’s even needed) ??
