    Hello!

We have made a copy of our B2C site (blabla.se). This copy we are remaking into a subdomain for resellers, so it will be a B2B site (called partner.blabla.se).

When we made the copy all plugins that existed and were activated on the B2C site followed. This has now started creating issues within the Mailchimp editor where we create our newsletters.

When we try to load products via product blocks, some of the products that are popping up are linking to the new B2B site.

I deactivated the plugin on the B2B site about an hour ago, but the problem still persists.

Any idea what else I need to do?

    Thank you!

Hi @isabella92, based on the information you have provided, it seems that the issue you are experiencing with the Mailchimp editor may be related to the plugin that was copied over from the B2C site to the B2B subdomain. Since you have already tried deactivating the plugin on the B2B site but the issue still persists, it may be necessary to perform a fresh uninstall and reinstall of the plugin for each subdomain to avoid any further issues.

We would recommend performing a fresh uninstall and reinstall of the plugin on both the B2C and B2B subdomains separately to ensure that there are no conflicts or issues that may arise from copying over the plugin. It may also be beneficial to create unique audiences for each subdomain in Mailchimp to prevent any further mix-ups between the B2C and B2B sites. If the issue persists after performing these steps, please don’t hesitate to reach back out for further assistance.

Thanks for your reply! The issue is resolved now, I guess the plugin just needed some time ??
