    I am attempting to edit a product using Product Builder and, if I drag a feature to the template (like, Product Details), it shows up fine at first. However, when I click the Back link to close the menu, the entire page goes blank. Nothing shows. I’ve tried this in multiple browsers and get the same results. If I try to reload the page, it does not save the changes.

    Any help is much appreciated!

    Hi,

    99% of the time this is caused by other plugins conflicting, so could you start by de-activating other plugins to test.
