Product bundle still purchasable even if empty

Hi,

We used your plugin and it works quite well.
We have used a hook, to prevent a repeat purchase. Therefore, users can only download our products once.

Our problem is as follows:

So, say for instance that the user buys a couple of our products, and at the same time, we might have a bundle that contains the exact same products. Then, if the user buys the bundle, Our hook removes all the previously bought products from the bundle on the checkout page, and all that we are left with is an empty bundle. So, from an ethical standpoint, the bundle should be non purchasable. However, upon testing, we found that even the empty bundle can be purchased for the specified amount. thus giving no benefit to the user for purchasing the bundle.

Could anyone help us regarding this issue?

Note: Please note that we cannot remove the prevent repeatable purchase hook, as all our products are virtual and downloadable, and we don’t want the user buy the same products again
