Product Button

Hi everyone, I am developing an ecommerce site for a client. Each product on the page displays two buttons. One is for “Add to cart” (bottom-one), and the other one seems to be about the “quantity of the product” (Top-one). How can I style the top one so that it looks a lot more prettier?

And when you click on the product you will see two versions of prices appearing. One without Tax(top-one) and another one with tax (bottom-one). How can I remove the bottom one with the headline “Shop by department”?
