Hope you’re doing good.
Since we don’t have a controller for the Regular Price and Sale Price separately, you can use this custom CSS to control the Regular Price font:

.eael-woo-product-carousel .eael-product-price del bdi {
    font-size: 10px !important;
}

Regarding the “Add to cart” button, this icon is actually a Add to Cart button in EA Woo Product Carousel widget.

I’m sorry to inform you we don’t have this Add to Cart button design in Woo Product Carousel widget.
