Product Categories are not shown in the Categories Widget

    I have 3 products, belonging to two categories.
    I also have a not-catalogued product “donate” belonging in the Uncategorized product category.

    I also have a dozen additional categories with zero products/posts associated with them.

    Question:
    Why is my Categories Widget (Appearance > Widgets) only displaying “Uncategorized”

    It should at least show the categories with products in-stock, no?
