Product categories block empty

    I am using your theme and am having issues getting any categories to show with the gutenberg product categories block from woocommerce.

    I am unsure if this is a theme issue or woocommerce issue, but I think it might be more likely a theme problem. I’ve eliminated plugin issues as I deactivated all and the problem still persists.

    Edit: I’d like to add that I have at least one product in one category so it should show that one.

    Inspecting html shows empty div with no content rendered for this block as well.

    I’m using a child theme with minimal style.css and functions.php changes, where none should cause this block from showing. I’ve cleared browser cache with no results either.

    Wondering if someone else can reproduce this issue or if there’s something else I can try.

  • I confirm that I am witnessing the same issue, it only shows “uncategorized” category, which is not really mapped to the real one, as even with some products on that category, it doesn’t show.
    using:
    – Woocommerce 8.1.1
    – Raft 1.0.6

    ?Sorry to hear about the difficulties encountered.

    We are not able to replicate this issue at our end. Can you please check by changing the theme temporarily? This can help identify whether the problem is theme-related or if it comes from another source.

    If you get the issue with the Raft theme only, please share more information on how you added the block with some screenshots so we can take a closer look.
