Product Categories Don’t Display

    How do you get the product categories to show up as links in the store??? I don’t yet know how to customize the theme, but was hoping there’s a simple way without altering code. I just want people to be able to narrow down what they’re looking for by selecting a category.

    Hi topherjamesknoll,

    There isn’t a way just to add Product Category links onto your pages. However, in Appearance > Menus, you’ll see the Exchange Categories option. https://www.screencast.com/t/cf4PTQpvB This would allow you to create a menu of your categories which you can then add into a widget area.

    Thanks! It’s not really what I’m looking to do. I’m looking more for this: https://ducttapedanyol.com But it’s a great plugin and maybe if the feature is added…

    This is a feature request which you can vote for on the Exchange Roadmap, but I don’t have a timeline for if or when this will be added.
