    Hallo there,

I recently changed my theme from Astra to Twenty fourteen becauseof a Theme plugin conflict. Then the Pruduct Categories I added before somehow dont show anymore in Dashboard, althought they still exist.

On the up-right side, there are still 33 items, but they actually dont show in the board. I can still find all categories through the “search categories” button.

    Thanks in advance!

  • Hi @wsk2120,

    That’s a really interesting issue. ??

Could you please navigate to WooCommerce > Status > Tools and “Regenerate” the “Product lookup tables”? Additionally, please clear “WooCommerce transients”, then check to see if that resolves the issue.

If the issue persists, could you please share your site’s System Status? You can find it via WooCommerce > Status. Select “Get system report” and then “Copy for support”. Once you’ve done that, you can paste it here.

    Hallo Sunday,

I have somehow fixed the problem through adding a new parent Category above all categories, which I found through search button. Once I add a parent category to a vanished categogy, it shows again in the board.

Thank you for you reply anyway!
