Product categories MIA

  • The set up:
    WP version 3.6.1
    CSV Importer v1.2.6
    Woocommerce v 2.0.20
    SOD QuickBooks Connector Version 1.2.24

    The problem:
    Imported products with csv importer and all seemed well. Categories was one of the fields.
    Some weeks later I noticed the product categories had “disappeared” from woo ? products ? categories.
    Products themselves still show they are in a category but the category data in the database has been wiped.
    Links for a custom menu created for prod cats show an extra / like this:

    Shop still works fine in other respects.

    The shop is connected to QuickBooks accounting and products are synched so I can’t tell if that wiped the categories or the import did.
    Any ideas welcome!
