Product Categories not auto-populating. Avada theme

Thanks in advance for any assistance you might be able to offer.

Hope you can shed some light as to why the JC Submenu might not be auto populating on my site – https://razedinflames.com

I would be happy to know more and if I can get this to work, we are going to need it desperately moving forward.

I am using another menu auto populate plugin, Automatically populate with child pages. This one works fine, but only with child pages so rather limiting.

Any insight or help would be greatly appreciated.
