Product categories not work

    Hello support,
    I trying to add new product with vendor dashboard but when i want to select product categories i don’t found any one
    Please help me to resolve this issue

  • Hello @hayyak ,

    Please confirm that you have already have some product categories created from admin dashboard. In Dokan vendors are only able to select the categories that the admin has created.

    Let us know with a screenshot of the product add page if you have the issue further.
