    Hi,

I suppose you have a lot of product categories? Could you tell how many?

A similar question was asked recently:
    https://www.ads-software.com/support/topic/sort-term-order-large-number-of-records/

I will ask the same question here…
This plugin does use some CPU time when sorting. When having thousands of terms, this can take too long. Therefore, I don’t have a good solution handy. What I could do is set the maximum queried terms at a limit of like 500 terms, but that doesn’t help you here.
I am wondering if removing a few filters might help on that admin page. If you remove these 5 filters, and comment them out, does it help you in any way?

Hi Marcel, We were able to get this resolved through updating our theme & getting a faster caching plugin, as well as update to our other existing plugins. Thanks!
