Product Categories with Chinese character not working

Hi, I’m testing out your plugin, and found that while I am trying to filter product categories, if the category name is Chinese letter, it won’t work.

Ex:

https://elchk.purposesolutions.org/shop-2/

Then choose the category with chinese.

https://elchk.purposesolutions.org/shop-2/?c=%e6%9c%aa%e5%88%86%e9%a1%9e

Will return page not found.
