Product categories won′t show on homepage

Do I need an extension in order to make the Product Catergories show on the startpage? Anyone please!

You need to apply the ‘homepage’ template provided in Storefront to your home page. Read about this in the documentation ??

Hello, I have already done that :/ It doesn′t work..

I can only see products under the “Recent Products” headline. The other headlines doesn′t show anything. I′am sure I have added some products categories already.

Anyone please?

Do I need to reinstall everything or is there some way to troubleshoot it?

The only reason they wouldn’t display is if you’ve not added any categories, or if you’ve disabled that section using a plugin.

Can you share a URL? I’ll hopefully be able to tell you what’s wrong if you can.

I’m having the same problem I added a wood product to my categories and it doesn’t show up on my home page under product category any idea what i might of done wrong?

@laura0268 please make sure the categories have products in them.
