    When viewing products by category i.e:-

    /product-category/myproductcategory/

    The output displays faulty, it staggers the products instead of by 3 x 3 grid, but as 3 x 1 x 2 x 2 etc. I’ve rolled back to version 3.9.3 and this fixes it.

    Can you advise when a fix is being pushed for this as I have 7 or 8 other sites that have the same issue, that can’t be rolled back.

    Thanks.

    Hi thanks for the reply.

    How can this be escalated so that Automattic can fix as this is almost certainly a Woo issue.

    Heres a link to a staging site showing the issue:-

    Many thanks ??

    The markup in your page shows that your code is pushing out 4 products per row. Have you checked that you have set 3 columns at:
    Dashboard > Appearance > Customize > WooCommerce > Product Catalogue > Products per Row

    It looks like you have a custom theme based on the commercial theme Divi. Is this the same for your other sites? Divi may have its own setting for Products per row in theme settings. I’m running Storefront and don’t have the issue, so the problem could be coming from your theme.

    Have you done any debug to confirm that it is a Woo issue. The method would be to temporarily deactivate all other plugins and switch to a default theme. If the issue is resolved then its not a Woo issue. Reactivate the theme and then plugins one by one and check to try to identify the element that is causing the problem.

    Have you checked that your theme has been updated to work with WC4? If it is a theme issue you’ll need to refer to your theme supplier as commercial themes are not supported on www.ads-software.com.

    As you’ve guessed I’m not a member of the Woo team. This is the appropriate forum for WooCommerce, and Woo devs do see the posts. You may have to wait a little while as demand is high.

    Hi thanks for your time taken, I appreciate it ??

    That would be a solution, but there is no column setting in Woocommerce/Divi for category archives. Yes, I had previously switched out the theme and carried out the ‘standard’ plugin checks.

    I’ve temporarily fixed the issue by setting the columns manually and will switch this back out when Automattic/ET release the patch, thanks again.

    add_filter('loop_shop_columns', 'loop_columns', 999);
    if (!function_exists('loop_columns')) {
        function loop_columns() {
            return 3;
        }
    }
