Product category / gallery images greyed out

  • Hi,
    I have zero developing experience and trying to resolve on my own. I use the Flatsome theme but my product images are greyed out on the gallery page unless you hover / click. I want to show in full colour (as appears elsewhere). Any ideas of how to fix? There is no setting to change in appearance section.
