    Hello,

I’ve updated to oceanwp 3.0.0 and I’ve noticed that the product category widget sidebar is broken.
More precisely the dropdown icons do not show where they are supposed to show.
Can someone please take a look and help me here?
The icons are supposes to show next to the main categories, but now they show up above those categories when I’m in a subcategory. And the number of icons equals the number of subcategories. Awkward!
    Thanks!

  • Hello,

That seems issue because of the cache plugin, please temporarily disable the cache/optimization plugin and check.

Go to Theme Panel > SCripts & styles, here click on the save button a couple of times, clear the entire cache, and check.

    Hi Abhishek,

I tried all of that, but no luck.
I also noticed that the product category widget controls changed to a new block system.
    Hope you can guide me.

    cheers,

    Joost

    Hello,

Please make sure to enable all the SCripts & styles.
And try to switch to the parent theme and check if it is working or facing the same issue.

    Hi,

All scripts and styles were enabled.
Switching to the parent theme indeed makes things better. The dropdown icons are in the right place now.
But not all of my custom css is taken into account, eg styling of the product count.
Switching back to my child theme breaks it again. What could this be?

    cheers,

    Joost

    Abhishek,

Suddenly everything is fine again today with the child theme.
Perhaps it took a while for the cloudflare cache to purge.
    Thanks for the help!
