Product / Client tag is not working

    Hi,
    First of all, thank you for this plugin. It is great. Unfortunately, it is not working anymore. I change the status of the order but the tag it is not sinking. Here the error:

    Let’s check that the list exists first, since that is the error being reported.

    You have set the ActiveCampaign List ID to 15 on your wc-ac-hook settings (in WordPress go to WooCommerce > Settings > Integration to see this or to change).

    Then log in to your ActiveCampaign account and check the lists (‘Lists’ on the menu) that you have and select the list that you want to sync contacts to. In the URL for any list you should see listid=#. The ‘#’ is the number to use in the wc-ac-hook settings.

    If a list with ID equal to 15 does exist on ActiveCampaign then get back to me and I’ll help you troubleshoot.

    Yes, I saw but there is no list id 15 …
    I recently cleaned the database and I probably deleted the list. But why is AC Hook sending the contact to a list?! It should only add the tag and the Active Campaign automation should send the contact to the list, right?

    It needs to know the list – it is just how ActiveCampaign was originally setup to work. You have to pick a list ID I’m afraid.

    If your contacts are on another list then just switch the list id. If you have to create a new list or add any contacts to an existing list then use the bulk editing capability to add all the contacts you want to the list in one go.
