    Dear team,

There is many attributes like gtin,condition.etc., which your plugin is providing, when i put product condition, this condition is not displaying in the product page. Due to this i am getting an error in google diagnostics tab (merchant center).

Error getting is ” Mismatched structured data markup [condition] ”

    Please help me on it.

    Hi arasuseithi,

Thanks for using our plugin and reaching out to us.

When you enable this option of the plugin too the condition structured data will match the one you selected:

    https://www.dropbox.com/s/z5jui1t9d5s0kah/structured-data-condition.png?dl=0

Now bear in mind, Google is only accepting the conditions: “New”, “Refurbished” and “Used” (https://support.google.com/merchants/answer/6324469?hl=en). The drop-down also offers you to select “damaged”, thats a condition Google does not support.

Please make sure to refresh your caching (when you are using a caching plugin). You can check if the structured data markup matches that of your product feed by entering the URL in Google’s testing tool:

    https://search.google.com/structured-data/testing-tool

Last but not least: both options, the addition of extra fields and the structured data option will become part of our Elite feature as of upcoming monday so make sure to get a license if you want to keep using these options.

    All the best,
    Eva

Structured data is fine, but getting error “Mismatched structured data markup [condition]

I put the product condition as “refurbished”, But
Saying, the value in structured data “refurbished”, value in website “New”

Please tell me how to fix it.

Our plugin controls only two things:

    – condition in your product feed: which is correct you state
    – condition in the structured data: which is also correct you state

Our plugin is not making any changes to texts or information on the front-end of your website. So this is most likely another plugin putting ‘New’ on your website. I suggest you reach out to them.

    Best,
    Eva

I am going to assume here that the issue at hand has been solved and our support is no longer needed on this topic. I am going to close it for housekeeping reasons.

Please feel free to reach out again whenever you need help.

    All the best,
    Eva
