    Hi, I have a problem with filling custom price. Decimal numbers after separator are not working. When I fill price for example “43,55” I see message “…could not be added to the cart. Please enter a valid, positive number.:”. What to do with this problem?

    Thank you for contacting us. I tested your site, and it seems to work properly. What web browser you are using, mobile or desktop?

    If you’re still facing an issue, try to use other web browser or clear cache.

    Hi, I checked browsers on PC and mobile and problem is the same. I can fill for example “36,46” and click on “Dodaj do koszyka” and can see it in the cart on the top right corner but when I click there “Zobacz koszyk” or “Zamówienie” there is a problem “”P?atno?? za zamówienie w sklepie e-klucznik.com” could not be added to the cart. Please enter a valid, positive number.” or “Wyst?pi?y problemy w Twoim koszyku. Przejd? do koszyka i rozwi?? problemy przed z?o?eniem zamówienia.” . I don’t know how to fix it. I use Flatsome theme.

    Navigate to WooCommerce > Status > Logs and check for error messages related to our plugin. If you find it, could you send it back to me?

    If you don’t find such a message, please try something else. Please try to isolate an issue, by disabling plugins which are not our or WooCommerce.?Then please enable plugins individually, delete the cache, and check if the problem still exists.

    If yes, please?test the?plugin?again, but now using?Storefront?– the official WooCommerce theme. It will help us identify a possible conflict with your theme or plugin.

    I checked everything you wrote. No logs with your plugin. Disabling plugins nothing changed.

    I have also installed fresh WordPress with fresh WooCommerce. The address is https://test.e-klucznik.com/ . The only plugins are “Custom Price for WooCommerce (v.1.0.11)” and “WooCommerce (v.8.6.1)”. Zero logs with your plugin also here. WordPress version is 6.4.3. Still the same problem with decimal prices.

    Hi?rzepsen,

    I checked something else and now I know what caused the problem. I have PHP version 7.4 and that’s why plugin can’t work correct. On PHP version 8.x works ok.

    Resolved by changing PHP 7.4 to PHP 8.x.
