Product Custom Field: There isn’t chose option value on vendor’s back-end

After I set up again some custom fields on Settings / Product Custom Field and Capability Settings / Custom Fields, there isn’t chose option value on the vendor’s back-end which the vendor chose. But they are in the meta_key and meta_value in database
