Product data not saving

  • Hi Guys,

    I’m trying to update my inventory and sku information as I have more product available or making changes in general in the Product Data section for Variable Product.

    The change I put in does not save, this happened recently, and it’s ongoing for 2 weeks. I can’t find what is causing this issue, even if I put in the changes hoping it will go through in the morning, the issue still remains. When I add new sku and fill in the fields in product data, it remains blank after saving and clicking the update button.

    Any idea on what maybe causing the issue?

    Are you using WooCommerce?

    Hi, yes i am using woocommerce. im going to try and clear the cache see if that might help it. as the old browser draw on old data?

    I just cleared the cache with developer tool for WordPress, does not work. Anything i input for sku and price is not record.

    I updated the PHP limit var to 10,000, still doesn’t work

    I suggest you to create a backup of the site. Then check is the plugins are up to date, and if not update them.
